Lebanon is a popular travel destination for people around the world. The country shares borders with Syria and Israel. It has a Mediterranean climate with hot and dry summers and cool and rainy winters. It has many attractions for tourists, including the ancient Roman ruins of Baalbek and the magnificent Crusaders Castle in Byblos.
 
Lebanon is rich in history and natural beauty with its many mountains and beautiful views over the Mediterranean Sea. It has an interesting past with many different conflicts and wars occurring over the last few decades as well as the recent explosion in Beirut and the financial crisis.
