How to travel to Flores?

You can travel to Flores from Guatemala City by flying, which is the quickest way. You can also take a bus but this will be a very time-consuming option. You can read more about bus times here.
 
If you are travelling from Belize, the easiest way to get here is to travel from San Ignacio. From San Ignacio you can either take a local bus to the border or take a taxi. The if you cross the border you will find a bus depot in Melchor de Mencos and find minivans leaving to Flores regularly. This will cost 40 GTQ ($5.10).
